steinel hg 2320 e professional heat gun
The Steinel HL 1610 S two-stage heat gun is designed for safe and convenient professional and industrial use. It emits airstreams at 8.5 or 14.8 cubic feet per minute (CFM) at temperatures of 575 or 950 degrees F. Similar in shape to a hair dryer, the general-purpose gun is lightweight and balanced to reduce fatigue, and the reinforced ceramic mica heating element resists coil breakage.
Heat guns are hand tools that emit a stream of heated air at variable temperatures up to 1,300 degrees F (700 C). Most guns have an electrical heating element to control output temperatures and adjustable fan motors to regulate and focus airflow. Heat guns with high airflow output (greater than approximately 20 cubic feet per minute) are sometimes called heat blowers. These versatile tools can be used for a variety of applications ranging from copper and plastic welding to touching up shrink wrap.
Accessory nozzles (sold separately) are used to shape the air stream over a wider area, or direct it around pipes and tubing for even heating which prevents adjoining surfaces (such as panes of glass) from overheating. Some heat gun models incorporate workbench stands to allow hands-free operation.
Steinel, a company founded in Germany in 1959, manufactures heat guns, glue guns, gas torches, and sensors. The company meets International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 standards and is Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) compliant.
The Steinel HL 1610 S heat gun is a general-purpose hand tool with two temperature settings: 1) 575°F / 8.5 cfm and 2) 950°F / 14.8 cfm. Its lightweight, ergonomic design ensures comfortable long-term operation, and the thermocouple control provides precise temperature regulation. The ceramic mica heating element ensures product longevity.
This versatile heat gun can be used for a wide range of applications, including thawing pipes, drying compounds, stripping paint, loosening decals or seized fasteners, and all other basic heat applications.
